VENDOR FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How can I place an order? 

Please feel free to download our Wholesale Order Form and fill in the desired items for purchase. Email the form to info@flemingshome.com for processing. 

For a faster and more efficient way, we ship all wholesale orders in a pack of six. Please order each SKU in increments of six. 

How do I pay?

Payment is available directly through our system. All major credit cards and Paypal are accepted. Checks can be made payable to "Flemings Home, LLC" and must clear before shipment. 

When Is Payment Due?

Payment is due 1 day prior to the ship date. Pre-paid orders may be shipped sooner if possible. In a effort to be fair a consistent with our lovely stockists, orders past due for more than 2 days will be moved to the next available ship date in order to prevent disruption of the shipping queue. 

What is your lead time? 

Our current lead time is 1-2 weeks as most of the scents are made to order. Please note that the lead time may be longer during the holidays. 

What is your default shipping carrier? 

We usually ship UPS or USPS for domestic orders. We use DHL Global for International orders. Please note, buyer is responsible for any applicable tariffs/duties, and DHL will bill you separately. Any customs/tariffs/ levied by the import country is buyer's responsibility and not including in the shipping cost. 

We offer drop shipping for our local stockists for a extra feed. Please contact us for more details. 

What are the order minumums? 

Our first order is $200 and re-order is $150

What is your recommended MSRP/RRP?

We request that 7.5oz candles be sold at $18-20 USD 

Can I order testers? 

We have testers candles available for burning or display purpose. ($6 each) Please note there is a maximum of 1 tester per scent ordered. 

Do your candles come packed in gift boxes? 

Gift boxes are available upon request for NO extra cost. Candles will not come pre-packed and gift boxes shipped flat to avoid damages. We recommend displaying our candles out of gift boxes to allow our elegant design to stand out on its own. 

What is your returns/exchanges policy? 

Returns are available if an item arrives damaged. Shipping costs cannot be refunded . Exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges are not available on seasonal or special scents. 

I'm interested in having a custom scent created for my brand, how do I proceed?
